Deposits

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required. The amount will be deducted from your total balance.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be added to the session total.

If 30 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking with a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Rescheduling

Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.

If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.

Guests

Each appointment allows one guest for support or assistance.

Additional guests who intend to participate in photos will incur an additional charge per person.

Unauthorized guests may result in the session being shortened or cancelled.

Cancellations

If a client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

If JayLENS Photography must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen event, the deposit will be fully refunded or applied toward a rescheduled date.

JayLENS Photography respects and protects your privacy. Client information is collected solely for the purpose of scheduling, communication, and secure payment processing. Personal details are never sold or shared with outside parties.

Third-party platforms used for bookings, payments, or gallery delivery follow strict data protection standards. Clients may request updates or deletion of their information at any time by contacting
