Cancellation Policy
Deposits A non-refundable deposit locks in your session. Balance due the day of the shoot. One reschedule allowed with 48-hour notice. Late Arrivals 15-minute grace period, then a $25 late fee. After 30 minutes, session is canceled and deposit forfeited. Cancellations / Reschedules Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead to keep your deposit. Missed or last-minute cancellations = no refund. If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund or credit. Guests One guest max unless approved. Guests aren’t in photos unless booked as part of your session. Edits & Delivery Turnaround: 1-2 days . You’ll receive all RAW images plus 10 professionally edited photos. Additional edits available for purchase.
